Website development
A multilingual lighting showroom that takes visitors from visual inspiration to a considered product enquiry.

The local Archilux website preview. The hero is an illustrative campaign scene.
01 / The idea
A different feeling starts with light.
A digital showroom for Archilux, a lighting business in Casablanca. Cinematic campaign scenes introduce a catalogue of pendants, chandeliers, wall lights, and architectural lighting, with original product photography at the centre of the browsing experience.
Lighting is both a practical purchase and an atmosphere. The showroom needed a website that could express the feeling of a space, then help someone find an actual piece and prepare a useful enquiry. That journey also had to work in English, French, and Arabic.
My contribution
Website design and development across the visual direction, multilingual catalogue, product discovery, motion, and enquiry preparation.

02 / The process
How I built it.
Connect atmosphere to real products
I paired cinematic campaign scenes with a catalogue built from Archilux’s original product photography. The scenes establish the visual direction; collection and product pages bring visitors back to the individual lights. A style finder and practical buying notes support the move from inspiration to a shortlist.
Make the catalogue work across languages
Astro generates the localized pages, with TypeScript handling the interactive parts. Shared product identifiers keep the same item selected when someone switches language. Arabic has a right-to-left layout, and catalogue search handles terms across the three languages. Search and sorting can be shared through the page URL.
Prepare the next conversation
A local selection lets visitors collect products and quantities, add a note, and prepare a project brief. The same selection survives language changes. Responsive AVIF images with WebP fallbacks keep the visual presentation practical on smaller screens, and only the active campaign scene loads eagerly.
03 / The result
What it brings together.
Archilux has a multilingual digital showroom that connects product discovery to a prepared enquiry. The brief and selection stay local; the site does not take payments or submit orders. Campaign rooms are illustrative scenes, while the catalogue preserves the real product photographs.
